What’s Happening on 30A: September into October 2026
Labor Day is behind us, and 30A has settled into the stretch locals wait all year for. The Gulf is still bathwater-warm, the beach is wide open, and you can get a table at The Red Bar without planning your evening around it. The big signature festivals don’t return until October, but the weekly markets, free concerts, and live music never stopped. Here’s what we’re watching.h
Every Week in September
- Seaside Farmers Market — Saturdays, 9 AM–1 PM at the Amphitheater.—Year‑round produce, local makers, and coastal staples right in the center of Seaside. Running September 12, 19, and 26.
- 30A Farmers Market at Rosemary Beach — Sundays, 9 AM–1 PM in North Barrett Square — A relaxed Sunday stroll on the east end with fresh goods and artisan vendors.
- Grand Boulevard Farmers Market — Saturdays, 9 AM–1 PM in Sandestin. Worth the short drive north if you’re already headed that way.
- Baytowne Wednesday Night Concert Series — Wednesday, September 10, 17, and 24 from 7-9pm on the Events Plaza Stage in Sandestin. Free, family-friendly, and one of the last outdoor concert series still going before the weather turns.
- Sounds of Seaside — Wednesdays, 5–7 PM. Live music in the Amphitheater at the golden hour.
- Live music, most nights.— The Red Bar Jazz Band plays Tuesday through Friday, 5:30–9 PM. Old Florida Fish House runs dueling pianos Thursdays and Fridays, 7–10:30 PM, with Alex Napier most other nights. AJ’s and Stinky’s Bait Shack stay busy too.

- International Coastal Cleanup — Saturday, Sept 19, 8–10 AM. Walton County joins the global Ocean Conservancy effort, with Keep Walton County Beautiful hosting locally. Three check-in points this year: Seagrove Regional Beach Access (3910 E. County Hwy 30A), Miramar Beach Regional Access (2375 Scenic Gulf Drive), and Grady Brown Park (20940 US Hwy 331 S). Looking Ahead to October
10th Annual Harvest Wine & Food Festival — Oct 15–18 in WaterColor. Wine dinners, the Grand Tasting, and a cocktail brunch, benefiting the Destin Charity Wine Auction Foundation. Tickets go early on this one.
18th Annual Baytowne Wharf Beer Festival — Oct 16–17. Friday 6–8 PM, Saturday 2–5 PM, with 150+ craft beers and live music in the Village.

Where are the best farmers markets on 30A?
The most popular options include the Seaside Farmers Market, held every Saturday morning in the Amphitheater (and Tuesdays in the summer), and the Rosemary Beach Farmers Market on Sundays. Both feature local produce, coastal crafts, and artisan foods.
